• Work may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions.
• Cut & Climb Tree Services will take care to avoid damage to surrounding areas but is not liable for pre-existing conditions or underground utilities not disclosed prior to work commencement.

4. Payments

• Full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a call-out fee to cover operational costs.

6. Liability
